Leah’s House is a restoration home for women 18 years and older who want to make positive changes in their lives. Our discipleship program teaches women to look to the Word of God for answers. All donations are tax deductible and are used for the cost of running the household.
Our philosophy is that money should never stand in the way of someone obtaining the care and support they need. Therefore, we do not charge residents for our program. You can help make a difference in others lives by suporting Leah’s House with your donations.
Leah’s House founded March 1st 2013, is a Non-profit 501c3. We are sustained solely on donations and staffed by volunteers. We offer adult women a place of restoration where women accept Christ and discover His purpose for them.
Why the name Leah?
Our Background
The Bible tells the story of a woman named Leah, Rachel’s sister and Jacob’s first wife. She lived in her younger sister’s shadow. Leah faced rejection, ridicule, and conflict; but most of all, she was unloved. She was always seeking approval but found none from those around her. However, God used her life by allowing her to birth the Messianic line through her son Judah, the line of Jesus. God Has A Plan… We believe that no matter how destroyed a life may seem, God has a plan and purpose for each one. For more information and/or to begin the admission process, call 662-703-9806.
